Obama says we must invest in infrastructure. He says 80% of Korea has broadband, there is no reason we don’t have broadband access in rural areas here…Obama says …[w]e need parents that don’t let kids play video games all the time.
Obama’s broadband comment was part of an attempt to explain how he would save the decline of the manufacturing industry. Left unsaid was just how broader internet pipes will save manufacturing jobs. Here is more from his answer:
